I’m originally from London. I graduated from University in 2002 with a degree in Accountancy but soon realised my real passion was food! I turned my back on Corporate BS, followed my heart and I’ve been working in the restaurant industry ever since.

Co-Owner & FOH Specialist
I grew up in New Quay and always wanted my own restaurant here. I was a competitive swimmer for 12 years and played water polo in college. I graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2012. The perfect credentials for opening a restaurant!
